Having been one of the first products of its kind, ClickSWITCH was perceived as old and stale among its younger fintech competition. They needed a unified web presence that clearly expressed their value and positioned their product in a modern and credible way. After understanding the motivation and opportunities around utilizing ClickSWITCH technology, we delivered a website that told a story key audiences would understand and connect with.

We centered around the concept of “everything clicking into place.”

With ClickSWITCH, switching is simple, and barriers melt away. Through the use of gridded layouts, gradients, and animations this concept came to life. In tandem, the messaging we developed targeted the benefits for all types of financial institutions — from credit unions to Top 100 Banks to neobanks — while still proving ClickSWITCH’s credibility and long-standing success in the account switching industry.

Visualizing and understanding an invisible process like account switching can be challenging for customers. We bridged the gap by creating product animations, limiting each to three steps to illustrate how simple and instant the product truly is. Paired with a simplified color palette and dynamic typography and layout, the website keeps customers engaged in the story from start to finish.
